| | calendar not synching on 7290

I am a desktop support technician, supporting about 300 users. We are using BES (4.01, I think..) for Exchange. One of my users has a recurring issue, where she has two calendars selected in the PIM settings to synch onto her 7290 (her own and her boss's), but it will only actually synch items from her calendar. I have resolved this issue in the past by deleting her Outlook profile and resetting the PIM settings, but the problem tends to re-occur every few weeks or so. What could cause this to happen??? I have tried other things as well to troubleshoot this (resetting the device, uninstalling/reinstalling Desktop Manager, deleting the "research in motion" folder from c:\documents and settings\user\application data and restarting desktop manager, etc), but the only thing that fixes this (at least temporarily..) is to recreate her Outlook profile. Any suggestions????
