I have used DocHawk for about a month. I have had several technial issues (using it through BES). I haveidnetified the issues as both on the DocHawk end and on the BES end. Technical service from DocHawk has been very good, and they will call you and walk you through the issues. That being said, the service tends to be slow (even when on EDGE), it tends to jam up with large pdfs, and in my mind still needs some tweaking. Final comment: When it works, it is great, & far surpasses the BB viewer.

I hope the company can continue to perfect the product.
