Default 7130e /Lotus Notes/won't finish activating

7130e will not complete activation - in settings, advanced options, enterprise activation - it says "initializing " and has for a solid day now. System administrator at my company has set and reset several times allowing me to try again. Still get the same problem each time. Lotus Notes works and phone works but address book and all other features covered in the enterprise activation don't. Any ideas?
