Moisure could certainly be a possibility as well. However I can infer from the length of time it takes for the blackebrry to resume normal operation, that it is more likely heat.
Moisture seems as good an explanation as heat. In any event, MY blackeberry+my pocket+likely a combination of moisture and heat=funny behaviour.
It's funny because this was never an issue with my 7290.
