I don't have a "Shared" folder underneath Research in Motion. All I have are these four:
AppLoader
Modem Drivers
RimDeviceManager
USBDriver
Under the AppLoader I've looked @ the Device.xml and the Vendor.xml but... nothing referring to Zen.
Suggestions? :(

Run the exe after downloading the OS, then you will have the shared folder.
