Mark, HK CSL now has 4.0.0.185 (Applications; 4.0.0.220 Package) for the 7100g model handset. This works on other 7100 model handsets.

However, I've had issues with this release for BES. You can see my notes in the BES Admin Corner forum.

The download is not on their own downloads website, but it is on their RIM-hosted downloads site.
