| | Verizon 7130e Problem

This is my first time posting so if I'm doing something wrong, I apologize. I couldn't find any other posts on my problem after I searched. My 7130e is completely frozen. I've tried removing the battery four or five times and the problem persists. The trackwheel and every other key don't respond when pressed. Oddly, if I holster the phone and then remove it, I can roll the trackwheel and it scrolls, but it does nothing when I press the trackwheel in to open an application. I haven't gotten the phone wet nor have I dropped it. I baby the thing. I got the phone from an authorized Verizon reseller. Should I bother going to an actual Verizon store or will they blow me off? The store where I bought the phone is out of town so I hope Verizon can help me. Lastly, I'd like to thank the forum as I've found it to be very informative. This is my first Blackberry and I never want to go back to any other device.
