I have had this problem and in my experience it equals a bad install. You can expect problems down the road. Data communication in particular may be subpar. I suggest installing the OS again.
EDIT: This problem has been common for me when I reinstall PocketDay at the same time as upgrading the OS. In fact, it just happened. I'm deleting PocketDay, clearing PocketDay settings (with PDTest available OTA:
