Just an update on what's going on. We expect to have a product that meets both your and our requirements (as originally advertised) within the next week or two. Anyone who has purchased the cradle and is dissatisfied with it has the option to: return it for a full refund; or, wait until we receive the updated cradle and we'll be happy to swap you straight out.
