Do youi have a Cingular Blackberry Data Plan? If not call Cingular and have one added to your account and you will receive what you need to set up you email and websurfing capabilities. If you already have a plan, then go to Options/Advanced Options/Host routing table and click the trackwheel to opem the menu. Select register now. Then do a Cold Re-Boot (battrey out, wait 15 - 30 secs, battery in)
