Hello, we are using BES 4.0 with GW 6.5 SP3 on a NW5.1 server. Have about 50 users with no problems.

Just added two new users, and after directing BES to sync with the user's custom Address Book, after 8 hours (or more), the contacts are not displayed on their 8700. I have tried both their custom A.B., as well as the Frequent Contacts. No luck with either. We have many users who use their F.C. book, or their custom book with no issues.

Any thoughts, thanks in advance!
