Try to reenter the old password, only pay attention to the keyboard. Where I has used a word based on a telephone keypad, I was trying to enter that numerical interpretation into this Blackberry. Once I actually used the letters of the word that I entered the first time, it worked fine. Took me several days to figure it out.
