The customer isn't running Enterprise, so the Activation should have just timed out without causing residual effects on the phone..

Would a uninstall and reinstall of the Desktop Redirector possibly fix the problem.. I have a pretty good feeling, he just has his BB downloading his email directly from the server, without using the redirector.. Just the webclient setup..
