I got mine working too. The trick is to add to the modem string

You have to add this modem string to the modem that shows up when you plug in your 7130 in Win XP

AT+CGDCONT=1,”IP”,”wap.cingular”

Then set up a dial up account in Win XP with these settings
Username =
Passwords = CINGULAR1
Dial Number = *99***1#

I'm also on the 29.99 personal BIS plan with Cingular
