I understand that individual user may not want to see sent messages on thier BlackBerry. The way the original question was asked, they are trying to disable the Sent folder redirection on the server. This would disable it for everyone even if they want sent messages. As ||||||| said, you can disable the send folder redirection, or hide sent messages (best solution IMHO) on 4.1+ on individual handhelds.
