I have the 7250, XP and DM 4.0 running. Just tried and I couldn't even get the modem recongnized by XP. Tried manually installing and still no dice. I was able to get my Smartphone (Verizon) connected to my laptop a while back so not sure if this is my issue or Verizon has deny access to the modem functionality which I heard in another forum.
