I just got off the phone with RIM Customer Support. The rep said that by design, you cannot forward a calendar appointment on your blackberry.

Scenario: I've received an invite to a meeting on my Blackberry. If I forward it on to another person expecting it to show up as a calendar invite for them in Outlook, it does not. Theirs comes across as plain text.

Anyone else noticed this? Anyone have a handheld version other than 4.1 that they can test with to see if you get the same results?

Sounds hokey to me that this is "by design".
