Roaming in Canada with Telus should be seamless. Data charges depend on how many emails you get a day and how many calls you get.
I would check the nextel for roaming rates. Unless you open a lot of attachments that are HUGE then it shouldn't be a big bill. Again depends on whether you are a real Crackberry user!
