Just wanted to give a little personal input. I was a long time Palm user until I decided to get a smartphone and purchased my 7290 last year. I recently had the opportunity to use a Treo 650 for a few days as a test. If I ever had a doubt about making the right choice this summed it up for me. After 48 hours I put my SIM back in my 7290. The diffrence is amazing.
