Same thing with Rogers in the Toronto area. No BIS.
Seems okay now. Tested with an Outlook message. And I just received an email I have been waiting for since 2:30 pm from Victoria BC.
But Rogers is playing games/ gasp! I called the customer relations people and got the recorded message that they were experiencing difficulty and could not access account infor. The clueless lady who finally answered said there has been no delay and finally switched me over to the Data folks. Answer: There has been a problem, no details, now rectified.
And stop saying "okay" all the time. Okay?
