What you do you mean in your BES inbox? Do you mean the Messages application on your Blackberry? Both incoming and outgoing mail shows in Messages. To 'hide' the sent messages, go into Messages / Options / General Settings / and set Hide Sent Messages to 'Yes'. To then see your sent items use the shortcut of Alt-O.

If your Options are set like this already, it could be an IT Policy that is prohibiting what you want to do.
