Default Just Bought a used 7130e - Trying to set up a new account

I've been lurking for a week or so and there's some really great info on this forum.

I have a problem. I just bought a used 7130e (Verizon) from a guy locally and activated it. I love the phone features and was eager to check out the email but then ran into a problem. When I try to create a new account, on the phone or on the website, it tells me that an account already exists for this PIN.

I have no idea how I can delete the existing account so that I can add a new one. Is this even possible? I have to believe that it is, since I'm sure that there are people out there buying used Blackberry's all the time.

Any advice would be awesome! Thanks!
