I'm new to this forum. I have a company issued Blackberry 7250 on a BES server with a unlimited data plan. The carrier is Verizon. I get the error message 691: Access was denied becaouse the username and/or password was invalid on the domain. I called Verizon they told me I need to get the tethered solution package at a cost of $15.00. I checked with my company they said no, I even offered to pay the $15.00 they still said no. Got any ideas. My BB has a internet icon on the desktop and I can serf the net with it if you call it that. Is there a way to get XP pro to see the BB as something other than a modem to access the internet?
