Hi All,

I have a bes 4.1 running on exchange 5.5 SP4, my problem is:

- when user read some email, it reconciles well using the Outlook Web Access
- but the reconciliation is not done to the Outlook client.

This problem only occurs to some users (NOT all users). Please somebody give me some solution about how to solve this problem...
