For the last two days my work e-mail is not being "pushed" (my Cingular account doesn't seem to be affected) - instead it seems to be reconciling twice an hour or so (seems to be some irregular periods). This weekend we had some issues with our servers at the office that took e-mail offline for about 48 hours. When that first happened I thought it might be my BB (7290/Cingular) so I went to BIS 2.0 and had the service book sent.
Any thoughts or suggestions? I have notified our IT department but haven't heard back.
