Yes, but 3G does mean something for the travelers among the forum members. I am in Europe and Asia, including Japan, very often. It appears that to get high speed, there will be a need for my current 8700C for the US and a 8707 for other countries. Can I switch my Cingular SIM and use the same phone number? I am still looking for someone that has used a BB in Japan.
