I would try to get a backup of the handheld using Desktop Manager. Then use JL_Cmder (see my signature) to completely format the device. Finally, reinstall the handheld software from scratch and restore data. If the problem continues, you probably have a hardware related issue. If your device is less then 1 year since purchase you can get a warranty replacement.
