I read one of Mark's posts that said Cingular has activated the Blackberry browser for some people so I called to TRY to have it activated on my 7100g. I spoke to a CSR (really bad one) who told me that the only way to have the Blackberry browser is to be on a BES... yadayadayada... so I asked for the supervisor.

The supervisor was very pleasant until I told her she could do it (armed with knowledge from this board) and could I please talk to a Blackberry specialist. (I did ask nicely first- even tried to sweet talk her). No dice...she literally told me our conversation was over.

So what number should I call to get the Blackberry browser activated from Cingular? 1-866-Cingular didn't work....the first time. Do I have to keep calling and trying my luck? Is there a blackberry-specific number at Cingular I should try?
