I just realized that my 3rd party web browser (Minuet) works with the Rogers network *without* setting up the APN settings. The settings in the TCP menu are blank. I may have wiped them by accident without knowing it. Anyway, it used to need those settings but now it doesn't. Has something changed at Rogers?
