<I want to be able to forward an individual email message to another email address from my phone book without needing to type in the address. I want to just insert the email address from the phone book or at the very least copy and paste it so I don't have to type it in.

Is there an easy way to do this?>

Just select the email - open or closed - select forward from the menu and then click the address you want.
