Purr-fect...that worked. I looked at her bb, and I can now see how I can hide them all and just leave the consolidated mailbox, which is what I would want to do.

One more question....she has 2 unopened messages showing up on her bb next to the unopened envelope even after she has deleted every single message, along with saved messages. She's turned her bb off and on several times, and 2 unopened messages still appear next to the envelope. Any ideas how to get rid of this or what it might be ?
