To be fair, I will say that it has a BEAUTIFUL screen and the form factor is great. If you MUST have an MP3 player and a camera and you don't want to fork over the money for a Treo, I would reluctantly recommend the Q. If you really need something reliable for e-mail, internet, calendar, etc. nothing will beat the blackberry. I would recommend waiting for the 8703e but the 7250 works well too...
