i am still a bit of a newbie

we are running ar server (copenhagen) and we are subscribed to enterprise edition here with a local mobile service provider (mobistar).

when i wipe the handheld and activate radio sygnal - automatically a browser window appears asking me to create account/ log in for internet. i do not do it, because i do not want it so I close the whole thing - but afterwards my enterpr activation option dissapears which is the main purpose of my unit use. why?

is it a mobile operator server issue or blackberry server issue? any advise would be welcome
