Default 7290 email and calendar synchronization problems

Hi folks, i am new to this forum, not sure if i had got this post in the right channel.

Recently i bought a BB 7290 and ran Intellisync Agent correctly.
But somehow my outlook and BlackBerry are not synchronizing properly, that includes calendar appointments and email.
My signal strength had a signal bar of 4 and i am on GSM mode which transitions to GPRS.

I did an Enterprise Activate but it still doesnt work for me.

Is there any of you kind folks care to help me with my problem?
