Usually the information i include is a reminder to copy and paste their activation password to make it easier, and that they have to do this in 24 hours.

The hardest part i have found, is exec that want to be on BES and dont understand that the password they are sent only last 24 hours.... no matter how much i let them know that they have to activate withing 24 hours they always state " i was too busy "

I guess they think I just sit around all day....
