Still a bit confused here.

My Send Using options are [Default], Desktop and Mobile Email.

When composing, any of the above may initially be displayed, then they may or may not change once the recipient has been selected.

I don't seem to be able to set a permanent Send Using address in Options.

So, does the Send Using field always display the last used address, or is it determined some other way?
