That's true. The question is is it an updated version of the 4.1.0.344 OS that came with the 8703e. Notice the wording on their web site "updated 9-25-06" When the 7130e was posted before the 3/8/06 upgrade it did not mention upgraded.

I think we might be getting a little too crazy here....If it were updated, it would not be .344, it would be .345+ etc...
