I have spent half the day trying to work out this international data plan.

Perhaps someone with knowledge on these things knows, is it even possible for the ISP to differentiate email from data if you are using the BES account? I can imagine they probably can on the BIS blackberry, but if all data is going straight through to the BES, would they even know?
