Well since I have two of these Pearls, I thought might as well try it on one.

Seems ringers are a little louder, but that could be my mind playing games on me.

I saved the BB logo on my PC, printed it out, made a template for the 8100.

Then removed cover.

On back of cover tested the Dremel with drill bit to see if I needed pilot/starter holes. Did not since the plastic cover is soft and easily drilled with a high speed Dremel [even the battery operated one in the pic].

Then placed the logo and adjusted to what I thought would be straight.

Taped it.

Then drilled. Holes were made very quick and easy. I moved the drill bit from side to side to make the holes bigger.

Not bad.
