So then how many people are having this issue and what could be the cause of just a handfull of us having it and a handfull not having this issue?

I just did a controled test with the trackball lighting on and the BB got stuck with a full green light after picking up the call...

With the trackball lighting off after picking up the call evrything was fine and the LED blinked green again like it is suppose to do..
