I was curious about that. Talk about a cheap, underhanded way of trying to position themselves in the wireless email market. They are apparently going about this the 'right' way this time around, though... I don't foresee them being punished for their actions, as they were with their OS and Browser and Instant Messaging, etc. RIM and Motorola/GoodLink may have a case in Europe, though. When Microsoft announced their 'send as' crippling, it just seemed rather suspect, at the very least.
