Okay that is weird, I am running the new T-Mobile v4.1.0.346 and here are the screenshots from BB Insight-Icon and BB Dimension-Zen. I have 2 SMS, 1 Email, 2 Phone calls. As you can see there are indicators on the right side when it is unlocked, but not in the top ribbon bar when it is locked. If anyone can help or simply confirm that this is the way it is, I would really appreciate it.
