I kept getting an error 692...

Called T-Mobile and he said I need to update my software which I thought was up to date already... OOPS... Hopefully this fixes the problem for me. Would you guys recommend updating the Handheld software though? My brother did it once and the phone just stopped working after that....

Also I did notice that the Command String he gave me is longer than what people have posted here... I don't know if it'll make any difference but he said to enter
