Thanks for posting directions. I've got a set of skins coming for my new cingular pearl (I'm an experienced pocketpc/palm smartphone user and REALLY like the 8100).

Noticed that you use paper towel as a surface to lay out the pearl while you're working on it. Surprised you didn't have problem with dust/fibers coming off the paper towel -- any concerns there?
