I came over from a treo650.

I am very happy with the response from BB about items, at least they correct things from phone to phone. This was non-existant from Treo

I dont understand a lot of the things you guys and gals are chatting about, but i can always look it up.

think my phone came with this upgrade thanks all and have a merry christmas
