There is a good discussion of this on
HowardForums: Your Mobile Phone Community & Resource in the bluetooth section. It doesn't use jawbone sound conduction, it is a standard dsp headset with a button on the side that rests against your check and lets the headset know when your talking. I guess that cuts out the clipping that you get with some DSP headsets, but it isn't going to help you in the wind.
