Profiles - Advanced - (select the profile you will normally use such as Loud) - Phone - change in holster and out of holster settings to Tone (probably on Vibrate + Tone currently) - BB button - Save - Escape all the way back to your main screen.

Usually the provider has to make the number of rings change for you.
