Default No email, no browser

I have a new 8100. I created a new BIS account from TIM (the Italian mobile phone company) website, with PIN and IMEI, and I sent the service book. But the 8100 didn't received it. There are no Browser and Email settings icons. There is only the Enterprise Activation (but I don't have any BES plan!). In the Advanced Options I tried to register with the HRT. The message is sent, but nothing happens. I also tried to reset (wipe) the 8100. At TIM they said it can be a problem of "alignment" between the RIM and the TIM database, but I think they don't know what is going on. Does anyone has a suggestion? Thank you!
