okay i read the whole thread and i found nothing, so plz no1 snap on me for asking this question, i have done many OS upgrades, so i wanted to upgrade to the .69 from .64 but when i open desktop manager and you know how it prompts if i want to upgrade, so i click yes, and the second i push next to continue i get this error : The application "browser" cannot be loaded, because it requires the following applications that are not available: net.rim.blackberry.xml

can anyone help plzz!
