I have had the 7520 for about a month now. I purchased the eOffice basic addition and it will not load. I contacted the software OEM, Dynoplex, and they said I needed the 'Handheld Software' v 4.0? I have no idea what this is. They also said it is separate from the desktop manager. Does anyone know what this required software is or where I can get it? Is this the BES 4.0? I feel lost!
